Is This What I Think It Is?!

 

Every Thursday there is a market in Town Centre. We have only shopped a couple of times, but drive by each week on our way to do visits. As we were stopped at the light, I glanced over and saw this. Am I back in the south or is there an English state flag that looks like this. It made me feel right at home.
