Suzanne's Visit

Suzanne and her friend, Melanie, came to see us!

They came during Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee.

We always visit the North Sea.

Alnwick Castle is a family favorite - open to the public today Suzanne especially enjoyed the castle library

and check out the stocks for the inmates

We visited Hadrians Wall- Roman wall across the breadth of England.

Monday we rode the train to York and enjoyed the day walking the wall....

Touring York Minster

With its large collection of Medieval stained glass,

and walked up Clifford's Tower.
