Isaiah 53

Saturday I was reading in the Book of Mormon where Abinadi was quoting Isaiah-Mosiah 14:6-7. "All we, like sheep...and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb so he opened not his mouth." That morning we went to Saltholme just out of town where we had seen a sign "Sheep Shearing Festival." It was amazing to see those Shetland Sheep hold so still for the shearer. He used the old fashioned "Hedge clipper" type scissors. My reading in the scriptures about us being sheep will never be the same. Surely the Good Sheperd knew what to compare us to and how He wants us to respond to Him.

• Look how the whole coat came off in one piece.  May we be as humble as those sheep.
